Simply enroll by visiting rewardbee.com! All you need is an email address and password of your choosing to get started. You may also sign up by completing a survey offered by one of our partners. RewardBee is valid to U.S. Residents only within the 50 United States. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
When you signed up for your RewardBee account, you were also asked to create a password. If you do not remember your password, please click here and follow the password reset link.
There is no cost to become a RewardBee member or to earn Reward Points. We reward YOU for completing surveys and other activities.
No catch here, Reward Points are earned by completing surveys, among other activities. The only information required to sign up is a valid email address. Depending on your Reward selection, you may have to provide your mailing address.
We have dozens of popular magazines, vouchers for popular e-commerce sites, and other types of Rewards you can receive by earning and redeeming your Reward Points.
When you reach the minimum point value required for the Reward you wish to receive, you may redeem by visiting the ‘Redeem My Points’ in your RewardBee account. Quantities may be limited and Reward Points are non-refundable.
Reward Points only expire if you choose to terminate your RewardBee account. In the future, we may change this policy to expire old Reward Points or Reward Points in inactive accounts. If a change is made, it will be noted here, and you will be notified.
You can send your Reward as a gift by inputting the name and address of the person you wish to send it to in the ‘Ship To’ fields. Reward Points themselves are non-transferrable.
Quantities may be limited on certain Reward options. Substitutions may be provided for a Reward of similar content or Reward Point value.

RewardBee is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information and opinions you provide allow for us to provide Rewards that meet your interest. If you wish to terminate your RewardBee account, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Terminate Account”. RewardBee reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice. Terminating your account will result in loss of all Reward Points accrued that have not been redeemed. Your existing magazine subscriptions will continue to be served, unlesss you request to cancel. RewardBee accepts no liability for Rewards.

Points do not have a cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Please email [email protected] Our Customer Care team is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). We make every effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible, you can expect a response to your email within 48-72 business hours.
We can only send magazine subscriptions to mailing addresses that have been verified through our postal address verification system. If you have selected a magazine subscription Reward, please allow 8-16 weeks to receive your first issue. To verify your order was processed or if has been longer than 16 weeks and you have not received your first issue, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] If you have selected a Reward that is out of stock, you may receive a substitute for a Reward of similar content or Reward Point value.
Magazine Rewards are limited to 1 subscription per magazine, per household.

To reactivate your account, simply email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] and we can reactivate your account! Once you do this, you’ll be able to take surveys, earn points, and redeem rewards. You’ll also be added to our email list so you’ll be the first to know about new surveys and great rewards.
